MobileMax in cellular-to-VoIP deal

The firm sold licenses to an IP private branch exchange technology company.

MobileMax Technologies Ltd. (TASE:MBMX) has received a $110,000 first order for the purchase of software licenses from New Voice Telecom Inc. of the US. A down payment of $30,000 has been paid, and the balance will be paid within 60 days from delivery.

New Voice provides solutions and services for IP private branch exchange (IP-PBX) providers, VoIP solutions, and hosted IPBX services. New Voice will use MobileMax solutions to launch a new product line that will provide customers an automated cellular-to-VoIP service.
