The Israeli-born actress rented a one-bedroom apartment.
"The New York Post" reports that Jerusalem-born actress Natalie Portman has rented an apartment in a project owned by Leviev Boymelgreen LLC, a joint venture of Lev Leviev and Shaya Boymelgreen. The apartment has one bedroom and two bathrooms. Rent for one bedroom apartments in the building range from $3,300 to $8,500 per month, depending on size. The building has a swimming pool, spa, bowling alley, and other facilities.
Last month, Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL; Pink Sheets:AFIVY), controlled by chairman Lev Leviev, sold its stake in the building, as well the building at 23 Wall Street to a Far Eastern investment fund for $150 million.
