Apartment rent in Tel Aviv fell in February, continuing the trend of January. Classified ads site Winwin reports that while the average rent for a two-room apartment rose by 0-3% depending on location, the average rent for a three-room apartment fell.
The average rent for a two-room apartment in south Tel Aviv was unchanged in February at NIS 2,600 per month, but the average rent for a three-room apartment fell by 3% to NIS 3,200 per month.
The average rent for a two-room apartment in central Tel Aviv was unchanged in February at NIS 3,400 per month, but the average rent for a three-room apartment fell by 4.5% to NIS 4,400 per month.
The average rent for a two-room apartment in north Tel Aviv rose by 3% in February to NIS 3,500 per month, but the average rent for a three-room apartment fell by 6% to NIS 4,800 per month.
In Jerusalem, the average rent for a two-room apartment rose by 2% in February to NIS 3,000 per month, while the average rent for a three-room apartment was unchanged at NIS 3,400 per month.
In Beersheva, the average rent for a two-room apartment was unchanged in February at NIS 1,400 per month, and the average rent for a three-room apartment was unchanged at NIS 1,700 per month.
In Haifa, the average rent for a two-room apartment fell by 6% in February to NIS 1,500 per month, while the average rent for a three-room apartment was unchanged at NIS 2,000 per month.
