The apartment in the 67-storey Marquis building was sold at a 72% discount on the asking price.

Lev Leviev has sold Miami's largest penthouse in the 67-storey Marquis building for only $4.2 million - a 72% discount on the original asking price of $15 million. The building is owned by Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL) subsidiary Africa-Israel USA Corporation unit Leviev Boymelgreen Marquis Developers LLC (LBMD)

The penthouse has 8,000 square feet (900 square meters) and a private rooftop swimming pool. The Marquis has 309 condos and 65 hotel rooms, which are operated by Rock Resorts.

Prudential Florida Realty realtor Kevin Dickenson said, "This is a well-built tower in a good location, situated across from the future Miami Art Museum scheduled for completion in 2012."
