IncrediMail Ltd. (Nasdaq:MAIL: TASE:MAIL) will distribute an interim dividend of $0.45 per share, for a total of $4.3 million. The record date is September 20 and the ex-date is October 5.
IncrediMail's share price rose 2.6% on Nasdaq on Friday to $5.22, giving a market cap of $50 million, and rose 8.6% on the TASE today to NIS 20.35.
