Financial software co Correlix wins NYSE contract

The company already has contracts with Nasdaq, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and Lime Securities.

Correlix Inc. has signed a contract with NYSE Euronext Inc. (NYSE: NYX) to supply its Correlix RaceTeam latency measurement service. The Correlix service will begin operating early this year at the NYSE Euronext’s new Liquidity Center in Mahwah, New Jersey to provide additional latency performance insight into all US-based markets, including NYSE Classic, NYSE Arca Equities, NYSE Arca Options and NYSE Amex Options.

The contract with the NYSE, follows Correlix's contracts with Nasdaq, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and Lime Securities LLC.

Correlix president and CTO Shawn Melamed said, “We are delighted to welcome the NYSE Euronext exchange group into our RaceTeam service. RaceTeam will provide NYSE Euronext customers with exceptional transparency into the latency performance of NYSE Euronext exchanges, which will enable them to trade more effectively and react quickly to changing latency conditions.”

Correlix's investors include Sequoia Capital, Genesis Partners, Xenia Venture Capital Ltd. (TASE:XENA), Blumberg Capital, and Vernon & Park Capital. The company is headquartered in New York, and has offices in London and Israel.
