Russian oligarch building Caesarea mansion

Valery Kogan is building a NIS 350 million Caesarea estate down the street from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence.

Hebrew daily "Yediot Ahronot" reports that Russian oligarch Valery Kogan is building a NIS 350 million 5,000-square meter residential complex on an 11,000-square meter site on Hadar Street in Caesarea, down the street from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence. Kogan is an associate of Russian Prime Minister and presidential candidate Vladimir Putin.

Construction of the two houses, designed by Russian and Italian architects, is being built by Israeli contractor Amit Marshensky.
