Google to launch Israel Street View next Sunday
Photos of the streets of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa and other locations in Israel including the Dead Sea, Kinneret, Nazareth and Mitzpe Ramon will be seen.

Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) has announced that it will launch Street View in Israel next Sunday, April 22. For the first time, photos of the streets of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa and other locations in Israel including the Dead Sea, Kinneret, Nazareth and Mitzpe Ramon will be seen as they were photographed by Google's special vehicles. The launch ceremony will take place in Tel Aviv in the presence of Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai, Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav and Google Israel, Africa and Greece managing director Meir Brand.
Google embarked on the project of photographing Israel's streets in September 2011.
