Industry Ministry budgets NIS 20m for India, China exports

The program aims to increase the number of Israeli exporters to China and India.

The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor will allot NIS 20 million more to encourage exports to China and India. The deadline for submitting applications is November 11. Companies which are approved will receive grants for up to 50% of the cost of establishing a representative marking office in the target countries.

The NIS 100 million program aims to increase the number of Israeli exporters to China and India, expand the presence and operations of Israeli companies there, and boost exports to and trade relations with them. The objective is to strengthen Israeli industry to achieve sustainable growth.

100 applications have been submitted for the program to date, of which 43 have been accepted. Grants totaling NIS 58 million have been awarded over the next three years, with the average grant amounting to NIS 1.3 million.
