AFI Development in talks to buy Moscow project

Lev Leviev's Russian development arm is in talks to buy the rights to the real estate project at a value of $200-230 million.

AFI Development plc (LSE:AFID), the Russian development arm of Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL), controlled by chairman Lev Leviev, is in advanced talks to buy the rights to a real estate project in Moscow at a value of $200-230 million, including commitments to its partner.

Two weeks ago, AFI Development sold its rights to a Moscow project for $104 million.
