Word-of-mouth marketing automation company Brandsforce has completed a financing round, raising $1.4 million, mainly from private investors. The company will use the proceeds for expansion in the US market.

The company's platform is built in product modules that effectively strategizes and executes word-of-mouth (viral) campaigns. Brandsforce has launched advocacy programs for global brands, government offices and small and medium enterprises.

The company, which has offices in Tel Aviv and New York, was founded in 2011 by CEO Nili Goldberg and chairman Itzhak Fisher.
