Perion in talks to acquire myThings

The talks with the digital advertising company are only preliminary.

Two weeks ago, Perion Network Ltd. (Nasdaq:PERI: TASE:PERI) and Conduit ClientConnect closed their merger, and the company is not resting on its laurels. According to market sources today, the merged company is in talks to acquire digital advertising company myThings Ltd.

So far as is known, the talks are only preliminary, and it is unclear if a deal will be reached. myThings has an estimated company value of $150 million.

When the merger was closed, Perion CEO Josef Mandelbaum said, "This transaction uniquely positions Perion as a leader in the software distribution ecosystem. Combined, we are focused on providing a variety of intelligent data-driven solutions to help publishers increase distribution and monetize their apps. In response to today's report, Perion said that the company "does not respond to rumors."
