Inneractive CEO Zvi Elul: This investment will help us accelerate our plans.

Ad monetization company Inneractive has closed a $6 million Series C funding round from new investors including Kreos Capital and previous investors including Evergreen Venture Partners. Inneractive has raised $14 million to date.

Inneractive was founded in 2007 by president Offer Yehudai and CEO Ziv Elul. The company provides developers, regardless of platform, with immediate access to more than 120 ad networks and agencies in 200 countries, offering the opportunity to plug apps into ad networks such as Inmobi, xAd, Appnexus, Lifestreet and Matomy.

Inneractive will use the funds for scaling up programmatic video advertising, expanding business and sales, marketing and development in the US, and expand its monetization platform.

Elul said, "This new investment will help us accelerate our plans with video, programmatic advertising, and US expansion. Additionally, we’re definitely looking at inorganic growth as one of the fastest routes to achieve that."
