Remington Arms delegation to visit Israel for advanced security procurement

Headed by Remington COO Ronald Bristol II, the delegation will meet with dozens of Israeli security and civil defense companies.

A delegation from US company Remington Arms will visit Israel next week to consider procurement of advanced security equipment.

RS Group, which represents Remington in Israel, announced today that the delegation, led by Remington COO Ronald Bristol II, would meet with dozens of Israeli security and civil defense companies.

RS Group president Zvi Rom said that Remington was interested in buying millions of dollars worth of advanced Israeli security systems. He mentioned innovative cameras for police cars as one example.

Remington develops, manufactures, and markets rifles. The company’s annual sales amount to $500 million. It employs 3,000 workers in three munitions factories, and sells to 55 countries, including Israel. Remington sells hunting rifles in Israel, and sniper rifles to the Israel Defense Forces.
