Leading US digital invitation and event planning service Evite is partnering with digital gifting platform Jifiti to integrate digital gifting services within the Evite invitation and event planning platform. This collaboration allows Evite invitees to select gifts and send them to their intended recipients in seconds. The new Evite-Jifiti instant gifting service makes it possible for all invitees - regardless of whether or not they plan to attend the event - to send a gift with a click of the mouse.

Jifiti’s ‘Gift It’ technology allows invitees to browse products from leading retailers such as Sephora, Brookstone, Amazon, Banana Republic, Nike and Toys “R” Us, and to instantly send digital gifts. Recipients can redeem the digital gifts online, or at any of the retailer’s US locations. If the recipient prefers a different item instead, the voucher may be applied towards a different product from the same retailer. This service enables gift givers to easily select personal gifts, while providing gift recipients with the flexibility of a digital gift card. By allowing the recipient to complete the purchase of the gift using the gift card, Jifiti makes thoughtful gifting easier for the sender, more convenient for the recipient, and more efficient for retailers (by eliminating returns). Jifiti’s suite of gifting solutions includes the native Jifiti app, which allows users to send gifts directly from dozens of leading retailers, the ‘Gift It’ button for e-commerce sites, and a turn-key, gift-registry platform, recently launched by IKEA Portland.
