Arbitrator Adv. Dr. Amiram Binyamini has issued a temporary injunction against IDB Development Corp. (TASE: IDBD) controlling shareholder Eduardo Elsztain from ousting his former partner Moti Ben-Moshe from the company's board of directors. The two men turned to Dr. Binyamini, a retired judge, two months ago to arbitrate on their dispute after the rights issue process, which handed full control of IDB Development to the Argentinean billionaire.
