The airline will operate 8 weekly flights to Eilat from November with the launch of the Bratislava route.

Ryanair will expand its flight schedule to Israel in November. When flights resume to Ovda for the 2015/16 winter season, the low-cost Irish airline will operate two weekly flights each to: Kovna, Lithuania; Budapest, Hungary; and Cracow, Poland; and will also add two weekly flights to a new destination - Bratislava, Slovakia. Prices begin from €25 in each direction, while the Israeli government adds a €45 payment to Ryanair for each foreign passenger.

In the 2014/15 season, which began November 5 and ended last week, Ryanair flew 35,498 passengers on 242 flights.

Ryanair will switch flights from Ovda to Ramon Airport in Timna, 18 kilometers north of Eilat, when the airport opens in 2017.
