The preliminary talks are being held at a company value of NIS 545 million.
Ampal-American Israel Corporation (Nasdaq: AMPL; TASE:AMPL) is in preliminary talks to acquire the entire stake in Gadot Chemicals Tankers and Terminals Ltd. (TASE: GDOT) held by the company’s controlling shareholder at a company value of NIS 545 million.
Ampal said that no agreement has been signed and that there can be no assurance that the negotiations will be successful.
