A deadline to rent out the anchor store at the shopping center passed.
Aspen Building And Development Ltd. (TASE:ASBD) has cancelled a term sheet to buy a shopping center in Michigan because the seller had failed to lease vacated anchor space by April 24, as stipulated in the MOU.
Aspen Building's US subsidiary was set to buy the 9,000-square meter shopping center for $13.1 million.
