Rho Ventures of the US, Genesis, and Giza made the investment.
Israeli graphics processor develoepr start-up LucidLogix Technologies Ltd. recently closed a $18 million third financing round. Rho Ventures of the US led the round, together with Genesis Partners and Giza Venture Capital. Intel Capital did not participate in the current round. The company has raised $35 million to date.
LucidLogix president and VP business development Offir Remez, CTO Dr. Reuven Bakalash, and 3D graphics technology expert Efi Fogel founded the company at technology incubator Maayan Ventures Ltd. (TASE:MAYN). The company's processor speeds up graphic applications by boosting the performance of PC graphics software.
