Stella Hendler is expected to remain CEO of 012 Smile.
Following the acquisition of a target=new href=http://www.bezeq.co.il/>Bezeq Israel Telecommunications Company Ltd. (TASE:BZEQ), rumors have been spreading about expected changes among the company's top management. Sources inform "Globes" that there will not be any changes initiated at the top of the telecom company including the heads of subsidiaries and Bezeq chairman Shlomo Rodav.
That said it remains unclear if Rodav will be interested in staying on after the acquisition of control by Elovitz is completed in six months time.
The belief is that 012 Smile.Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq:SMLC; TASE: SMLC) CEO Stella Hendler will prefer to remain at her post rather than move to Bezeq. Elovitz has acquired Bezeq through 012 Smile and although he is retaining the company as a stock market shell, he is required to sell its activities by the regulator. Hendler will prefer to move to the new owners.
