Yitzhak Dankner buys Jerusalem's Shenhav House

The building in Givat Shaul is leased to the Office of the State Comptroller and Ministry of Justice for a court building.

Sources inform ''Globes'' that Yitzhak Dankner, the father of Nochi Dankner and Shelly Bergman, has bought out his partners in Jerusalem's Shenhav House, raising his stake from 25% to 100%. He acquired the stakes in the building at a value of NIS 137 million. The sellers included Shmuel Levy the owner of the Ambassador Group real estate firm, which owned 10% of the property. The other sellers are Dori Dankner and Yitzhak Pritzker.

The 12,500-square meter seven-storey building in Givat Shaul is leased to the Office of the State Comptroller and Ministry of Justice for a court building.
