The company has rented an additional 19,000 sq.m. for a total of 30,000 sq.m.
NICE Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE; TASE: NICE) has expanded its premises in Ra'anana's High-Tech Park, owned by Tidhar Ltd., Efraim Rogovin Ltd., and Electra Real Estate Ltd. (TASE:ELCRE). NICE rented an additional 19,000 square meters in the project, bringing its space to 30,000 square meters. It pays NIS 24 million a year for the total area.
NICE will consolidate all its offices under one roof in the expanded premises. It signed a 10-12 year lease for the premises, which means that its rent for the lease period will total NIS 240-288 million.
The Ra'anana High-Tech Park is a 40,000-square meter project with four buildings, and is due to expand to 60,000 square meters in six buildings by the end of 2012. Rent is NIS 66 per square meter per month.
