A foreign resident has bought a 600-square meter duplex in the western tower of the Sharona project in Tel Aviv for NIS 36 million. Two duplexes remain for sale in the Gindi Holdings Ltd.project, construction of which has not yet begun.
Gindi Holdings VP marketing Sharom Moman said, "This is a record price for an apartment in this project. It reflects the attractiveness of the project, it's rare location, and its uniqueness."
The Sharona project will have 324 apartments in three 31-storey high-rises. It is located next to the old Templar Sharona neighborhood near the Government Complex and Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv.
