CAD/CAM solutions developer Cimatron Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: CIMT; TASE: CIMT) subsidiary Cimatron China Ltd. has signed a reseller agreement with China's leading integrated IT service provider, Digital China Holdings Ltd. (HKSE: 0861) for Cimatron's CimatronE and GibbsCAM products.

Cimatron China general manager Ms Lang Yan said, "Cimatron now has over 20 resellers throughout China, and recognition of our brands among the country's manufacturers has never been higher. Our new strategic relationship with Digital China will further boost the reach of Cimatron's solutions."

Cimatron's share price was unchanged by early afternoon on the TASE at NIS 13.20, after closing at $3.57 on Nasdaq yesterday, giving a market cap of $33 million.
