Regional Planning and Building Commissions approved plans for 60,000 apartments during the first quarter.
National Housing Committees approved plans for 17,400 new apartments nationwide during the first quarter of 2012, the Ministry of Interior announced today. The approvals were part of the plans for 113,000 apartments submitted to the committees by the Ministry of Housing and Construction during 2011.
The breakdown of the plans approved include plans approved for deposit for 6,210 apartments, plans published for deposit for 6,990 apartments, and plans approved for 1,600 apartments, and plans published for obtaining validity for 2,640 apartments.
At the same time, Regional Planning and Building Commissions approved plans for 60,000 apartments during the first quarter.
