Four 40-storey towers approved for Petah Tikva

The White Square project will have four J-shaped towers facing each other to create a U-shaped space between them.

The Central Regional Planning and Building Commission has approved four 40-storey towers for high tech companies and hotels at the old Osem lot at the corner of Jabotinsky Street and Yitzhak Rabin Road in Petah Tikva. Israel Brothers Ltd. and Yaakov Bruner are the developers and Avner Yashar is the architect.

The project, to be called the "White Square", will have four J-shaped towers facing each other to create a U-shaped space between them. Three towers will be for high-tech companies, and the fourth will be a hotel for foreign businesspeople visiting the city's industrial zones, as well as for families of patients at the Rabin Medical Center and Schneider Children's Hospital. Each tower will have a two-floor commercial and entertainment center.
