Lev Leviev sells Crowne Plaza Haifa to Mano for NIS 70m

The 120 room hotel is on the Mount Carmel ridge on Haifa's Yafe Nof Street.

Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL) controlled by Lev Leviev has sold the Crowne Plaza Haifa hotel to Mano Holdings Ltd. for NIS 70 million. The 120 room hotel is on the Mount Carmel ridge on Haifa's Yafe Nof Street.

Mano Holdings runs Israel's largest cruise lines and tourist services. The company said that acquiring hotels is part of Mano's new strategy and it expects to buy several more hotels during 2013.
