Moti Maximoff bought a full-floor 800-square meter apartment in the Tel Aviv tower for NIS 44 and 11 other apartments in the building.
Canadian businessman Moti Maximoff has bought an 800-square meter apartment in the Meier on Rothschild tower in Tel Aviv for NIS 44 million, reflecting a price of NIS 52,000 per square meter. The apartment covers an entire floor on one of the building's top floors and has four 12-square meter balconies. He has also bought 11 other apartments in the building for an additional NIS 56 million.
The building's developers, Berggruen Residential Ltd. (TASE:BRGN.B1) and Hagag Group Real Estate Development Ltd. (TASE: HGG) said that this was the latest sale in the past four weeks, for a total of NIS 120 million.
