The Ministry of Finance today reported the marketing of more land in the buyer fixed price plan - 851 housing units in Gedera and Netanya.
Four lots zoned for 721 housing units were sold to four developers in Gedera. In Netanya, Rami Shviro won a tender to build 130 housing units with 110 sq.m. in average space in a 17-storey building in the southern part of the Rabin neighborhood.
The announcement also indicates that a 100-sq.m. apartment in Gedera, including a balcony, parking, and storage space, will be sold at a beginning price of NIS 1,035,428. A 110-sq.m. apartment, including a balcony, parking, and storage space, will be sold at a starting price of NIS 1,130,772. These prices reflect a 24% discount on the price of similar apartments on the market.
In Netanya, a 100-sq.m. apartment will be sold at a starting price of NIS 1,242,599, while a 110-sq.m. apartment will be sold at a starting price of NIS 1,3558,562, representing an 18% discount on the market price.
