Sun: Teva resumes slide

Teva, Perrigo and Azrieli led the TASE down today as Ormat and Delek bucked the market.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange fell today. The Tel Aviv 35 Index fell 0.33% to 1,418.59 points; the Tel Aviv 125 Index fell 0.38%, to 1,296.77 points; the BlueTech Global Index fell 0.17% to 382.62 points but the TelBond 20 corporate bond index rose 0.04% to 335.13 points. Trading turnover was NIS 877.1 million.

On the foreign currency market, the Bank of Israel set the shekel-dollar representative rate down 0.056% on Friday at NIS 3.574/$, and the representative shekel-euro rate was set down 0.085% at NIS 4.007/€.

On the market, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA; TASE: TEVA) resumed its slide falling 1.94%. Azrieli Group Ltd. (TASE: AZRG) fell 3.60% for the biggest fall on the Tel Aviv 35 index today on the day's biggest trading turnover. Perrigo Company (NYSE:PRGO; TASE:PRGO) fell 3.14% and Opko Health Inc. (NYSE: OPK; TASE: OPK) fell 3.03%. Amot Investments Ltd. (TASE:AMOT) fell 2.23%, Melisron Ltd. (TASE: MLSR) fell 2.11% and Frutarom Industries Ltd. (TASE: FRUT; LSE:FRUT; OTCBB:FRUTF) fell 2.45%.

Ormat Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ORA; TASE: ORA) rose 2.86% for the biggest rise on the Tel Aviv 35 Index. Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG) rose 1.11% and its energy exploration and production unit Delek Drilling LP (TASE: DEDR.L) rose 2.65%. Bank Leumi (TASE: LUMI) rose 2.18% and Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI) rose 1.17%.
