Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 135-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Hankin St. was sold for NIS 5.3 million. A 75-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with elevator but no parking on Yad Lebanim St. in Yad Eliahu was sold for NIS 1.365 million. A 60-sq.m. two-room, second (and top) floor apartment with parking but without an elevator on Ein Gev St. in Yad Eliahu was sold for NIS 1.215 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 30-sq.m. bedsit room apartment on the third floor on Yehuda Hayamit St. in Jaffa was sold for NIS 620,000. A 30-sq.m. bedsit room apartment on the fourth floor with a private roof on Florentin St. was sold for NIS 960,000 (RE/MAX-Ocean). A 175-sq.m., five-room house in need of renovation with a 90-sq.m. garden on Yochebed Bat Miriam St. in North Tel Baruch was sold for NIS 3.75 million (Ofek Real Estate).
Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Derekh Hayam in the West Carmel was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A 125-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment on Yoseph Shechter St. in Ahuza was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 50-sq.m., 3.5 room, fourth floor apartment on Derech Tzarfat in the Shprinzak neighborhood was sold for NIS 490,000 (RE/MAX-City)
Pardess Hanna/Karkur:A 60-sq.m. three-room, fourth (and top) floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hamayesodim St., Karkur was sold for NIS 560,000. A 124-sq.m. five-room house on a 180-sq.m. lot with parking on Habracha St. in Ahuza Yaroka was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 77-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with two parking spaces and an elevator on Hamesila St. in the northwest of the village was sold for NIS 650,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv: A 180-sq.m. five-room penthouse on the sixth and seventh floors with a 50-sq.m. balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Bonei Ha'Ir St. in the Kokhav Hatzafon neighborhhod was leased for NIS 11,000 per month.
