Jerusalem:A 67-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment in need of renovation and with no parking on Ha'erezim St. in Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 1.4 million.
Tel Aviv and central region
Kfar Saba: A renovated 114-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment on Tel Hai St. was sold for NIS 1.44 million. A 120-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Dov Hoz St. was sold for NIS 1.36 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Hod Hasharon: A 240-sq.m., six-room house in a 260-sq.m. lot with a basement on Gazit St. in the Green Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.4 million. A 260-sq.m., six-room house on a 428-sq.m. lot on Bat Chen St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3.4 million. A renovated 215-sq.m., six-room house on a 150-sq.m. lot on Hacohenim St. in the Hadar neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.4 million. (Sharvit Properties).

Pardes Hanna-Karkur:A 60-sq.m. three-room house on a 1,240-sq.m. lot on Paduim St. in the west of the town was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 125-sq.m. five-room duplex with a 74-sq.m. garden with a storage room and two parking spaces on Neta St. in Karkur Dreams in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.58 million. A 30-sq.m. two-room house on an 841-sq.m. lot on Yona St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 190-sq.m. 5.5-room house on a 502-sq.m. lot on Peleg St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Haeshkolit St. in Neve Pardesim in the west of the city was sold for NIS 780,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
