Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Kfar Saba: A 103-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with three balconies, and a storage room on Hareut St. in the Rishonim neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.79 million (Re/MAX-ONE).

Beersheva and the south

Beersheva: A 80-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with parking on Derekh Hashalom St. in the Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 635,000. A 120-sq.m. four-room garden apartment with parking but no elevator on Michael Hazani St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 152-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Dina St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.42 million. A 130-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Meir Grossman St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 115-sq.m., four-room, garden apartment with parking but no elevator on Prof. Zeev Vilnai St. in the Ramot neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.13 million (RE/Max-Plus).
Arad: A 100-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Elazar Ben-Yair St. in the city center was sold for NIS 460,000. A 176-sq.m., seven-room, semi-detached house with a 260-sq.m. garden with two 20-sq.m. balconies and parking on Yasur St. in the Maof neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.21 million. A renovated 180-sq.m., six-room, semi-detached house in a 250-sq.m. lot with covered parking on Efroni St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 960,000. A renovated 72-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yehuda St. in the city center was sold for NIS 430,000. A 45-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartmenrt with parking but no elevator on Elazar Ben-Yair St. in the city center was sold for NIS 280,000. A 140-sq.m., five-room, second floor duplex with a 70-sq.m. balcony with parking but no elevator on Shazif St. in the Halamish neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 800,000 (Anglo-Saxon). A 60-sq.m., ground floor apartment on Tzabar St. in the Neurim neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 360,000 (Re/Max-Nova).

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 124-sq.m. four-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 100-sq.m. garden, elevator and two parking spaces on Herzl Boulevard in Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 8,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Hasharon: A 145-sq.m. five-room, eighth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Hasadot St. in the Neve Gan neighborhood was leased for NIS 8,500 per month (Great Land).
