Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Bat Yam:A 72-sq.m., 3-room, fourth floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Shaul Hadadi St. in the Ramat Yosef neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.05 million (Drori Real Estate). A 90-sq.m., 3-room, renovated fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Pinkas St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.37 million (Re/Max-Avenue).
Herzliya:A 98-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Zvi Mandelblatt St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.97 million. A 108-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with a 12.5 sq.m. balcony, parking, an elevator and storage room on Haatzmaut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A 40-sq.m., 2-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 90-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Hasharon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.95 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Holon:A 60-sq.m., 3-room, renovated ground floor apartment with a 25 sq. m. yard on Hovevei Zion St. in the Ha'am neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.13 million. A 236-sq.m., 7.5-room, two-floor house on Haim Sireni St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 2.7 million. An 88-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with a safety room, an elevator and a covered parking on Saadia Gaon St. in the Aviv neighborhood in the northwestern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.72 million (Re/Max-Avenue).
Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 160-sq.m., 6-room house in need of renovation with a 450 sq.m. yard and parking on Nof St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 995,000. A 100-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Eleazar Ben-Ya'ir St. was sold for NIS 440,000. A 70-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Shimon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 356,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Haifa and the North
Afula:A 150-sq.m., 5-room semi-detached two floor house on 210 sq.m. plot on Esther Hamalka St. was sold for NIS 1.42 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: An 85-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Pinhas Rutenberg St. in the southern part of the city was leased for NIS 4,200. A 100-sq.m., 4-room apartment with parking and an elevator on Pinhas Rutenberg St. was leased for NIS 6,000. A 75-sq.m., 3-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Avishai St. in the city center was leased for NIS 5,300 (Re/Max-Focus).
Givatayim: A 60-sq.m., 2-room, ground floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Yaakov Feinberg St. in the city center was leased for NIS 3,400 (Re/Max-100%).
