The Keren Kirya lot in the northeast corner of the IDF headquarters at the Rabin Base (the Kirya), which been vacated by the Ministry of Defense, is zoned for the construction of 240,000 square meters of office and residential space. The 11-dunam (2.75-acre) lot is zoned for two office towers, one of 50 floors and the other of 80 floors, and two 45-floor residential high-rises.

Until construction begins, the Ministry of Defense says that the lot will be used as a parking lot for hundreds of cars for Kirya workers daily, and by the general public overnight.
