Radware reports 6.3% rise in revenue

The company posted a pro-forma profit of $600,000, or $0.03 per share, for the third quarter.

RAD Group subsidiary Radware Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR; TASE: RDWR) published its financial report for the third quarter today. The developer of hardware network traffic routing solutions posted $20.2 revenue, 6.3% more than for the corresponding quarter of 2005, but almost unchanged from the $20.1 million posted in the preceding quarter.

Radware posted a GAAP-based net loss of $1.1 million, or $0.06 per share, for the third quarter, compared with a loss of $600,000, or $0.03 per share, for the preceding quarter. However, the company posted a pro-forma profit of $600,000, or $0.03 per share, for the third quarter, compared with $1.6 million, or $0.08 per share, for the corresponding quarter and earnings per share of $0.02 for the preceding quarter.

Radware missed both analysts’ profit forecasts of $0.04 earnings per share and their revenue forecast of $20.6 million.
