Ten stocks join Tel-Tech index

Eight of the companies are in the life sciences. Shrem Fudim Kelner Technologies was taken off the index.

Ten new companies have been added to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s (TASE) Tel-tech index, including eight life sciences companies. The companies are Bio-Light Israeli Life Sciences Investments Ltd. (TASE:BOLT), FibroLAN Ltd. (TASE:FIBR), Hadasit Bio Holdings Ltd. (TASE:HDST), Kamada Ltd. (TASE: KMDA), Maayan Ventures Ltd. (TASE:MAYN), MTI Computers and Software Services Ltd. (TASE:MTCO), Medigus Ltd. (TASE:MDGS), NasVax Ltd. (TASE: NSVX), Topspin Medical Inc. (TASE:TOPMD).

One company was taken off the Tel-Tech: Shrem Fudim Kelner Technologies Ltd. (TASE:SFKT).

Before the change, the Tel-Tech had eight life sciences companies: Biocell Ltd. (TASE: BCEL), Biomedix Incubator Ltd. (TASE:BMDX.M), Can Fite BioPharma Ltd. (TASE:CFBI), Compugen Ltd. (Nasdaq: CGEN; TASE: CGEN), Given Imaging Ltd. (Nasdaq: GIVN; TASE: GIVN), Laboratory Information & Management Systems Ltd. (LIMS) (TASE: LIMS), Shamir Optical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: SHMR; TASE: SHMR), and XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq:XTLB); LSE: XTL; TASE:XTL). The measure doubles the number of life sciences companies on the index to 16 out of 63 companies.
