Asim paid €9.7 million for stakes in residential and commercial projects.
Asim Investments Ltd. (TASE:ASIM) subsidiary Asim Real Estate Ltd. has joined Tidhar Construction Ltd. in three Bulgarian projects for €9.7 million. The companies will set up a joint company to handle the joint projects.
Asim will pay €1.3 million for 25% of a 700-unit, 106,000-sq.m. project in Veliko Turnovo; €6 million for 50% of a 148,000-sq.m. residential project in the resort town of Raslog, and €2.4 million for 50% of a 67,500-sq.m. residential and commercial project in Sofia.
