The company predicts hundreds of thousands of euros in sales of its Tracheoscopic Ventilation Tube in 2008.
ET View Ltd. has signed a distribution agreement with a Turkish company for its Tracheoscopic Ventilation Tube. The distributor will sell the device to private and military hospitals in Turkey. This contract follows earlier distribution agreements in Spain and Italy.
ETView will begin sales in Turkey during the fourth quarter, and predicts the sale of thousands of units in 2008, which implies that the contract is worth hundreds of thousands of euros.
ETView was founded in 2004 at Misgav Technology Center and is now located in Haifa. The company has permits to market the Tracheoscopic Ventilation Tube in Europe and the US.
The Tracheoscopic Ventilation Tube has an embedded video camera that provides a clear view of the upper airways and trachea during intubation via a portable screen or monitor. The device facilitates intubation and provides continuous visual control throughout the entire intubation procedure.
