The company is negotiating nine more agreements.
Sialo Technology Israel Ltd. (TASE: SALO) has signed a distribution agreement with Medical Inn Spain SL for mini-endoscopes made by Germany's Polydiagnost GmbH and Sialo's own disposable dental surgical products. Sialo is also in advanced negotiations with nine distributors in European countries to distribute its own and Polydiagnost's endoscopes.
Medical Inn has undertaken to buy €600,000 worth of products in 2008-10.
IBI Investment House analyst Noa Weissberg believes that at least three of the nine distributors will sign contracts with Sialo at terms similar to those signed by Medical Inn. She gives Sialo a "Buy" recommendation with a market price of NIS 6, compared with its current price of NIS 4.10.
