Hadasit has signed the first lease in the new project.
Inter Israel real estate agency has begun marketing of the new Hadassah Biotech Park at Hadassah Medical Organization's hospital at Ein Kerem in Jerusalem. Construction of the park's first building has been completed, at an investment of NIS 50 million. Three more buildings are due to be added at the same cost per building.
Hadassah Biotech Park aims to house medical research companies in competition with the Ness Ziona Science Park. Hadassah Biotech Park will benefit from the proximity of Hadassah Hospital and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Medical School. The Biotech Park's laboratories are intended to meet the varied and special needs of biomedical companies.
Inter Israel reported the first lease at the Hadassah Biotech Park: 1,725 square meters to Hadasit - the Technology Transfer Company of Hadassah Medical Organization at NIS 53 per square meter per month in shell condition. The real estate agency is negotiating more leases.
