The test is considered routine, and was ordered several weeks ago.
On Monday evening, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will undergo what his media advisor terms a routine medical imaging test, which was ordered several weeks ago. The test was ordered at the advice of the Prime Minister's doctors, and is a routine and accepted procedure in the framework of monitoring a prostate tumor.
At the end of October, Olmert reported that doctors had found a tiny non-metastatic cancer tumor in his prostate.
The test is expected to last approximately two hours.
