The company will now be able to market its device in EU countries.
Medical device company Brainsway Ltd. (TASE:BRIN) has obtained EU CE Mark certification for its Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) device which is used in the treatment of bio-polar disorder (manic depression).
Brainsway's shares have soared 15.6% in trading today.
The company expects the certification to be issued by no later than September 15, following which it will be able to begin marketing the device in EU countries.
