Intercure signs another UK distribution deal

Boots Pharmacies will distribute the company's Resperate device for the treatment of hypertension.

Intercure Ltd. (TASE:INCR) has signed a distribution agreement with UK chain Boots Pharmacies Ltd. for the company's Resperate non-invasive device for the treatment of hypertension. The company did not disclose the terms or the size of the deal.

Boots is the largest pharmacy chain in the UK, with 2,600 stores nationwide. The Boots Alliance is a leading chain on the continent. The agreement follows Intercure's distribution agreements with Lloyds Pharmacy Ltd., which has 1,400 stores in the UK and with electronics wholesalers Colorama Ltd. and Mashco Ltd., which distribute to 100 pharmacies.

Intercure fell 1.2% in morning trading today to NIS 2.15.
