3Com Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS) has installed a smart communications network at the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center near Rishon LeZion at a cost of NIS 500,000. NetVision Ltd. (TASE: NTSN), 3Com's integrator in Israel, carried out the installation.
Assaf Harofeh wanted a communications network for full business continuity to ensure that critical systems and applications would continue to function seamlessly in an emergency or disaster. 3Com supplied an independent network with load balance that can identify problems before they emerge and prevent their development.
