Ogen to add 10 floors to Tel Aviv high-tech building

BMC, IBM, Dell, Comverse, and Mellanox already rent space in the BMC complex.

Ogen Yielding Real Estate Ltd. (TASE:OGEN) is expanding the BMC Software complex in Tel Aviv's Ramat Hahayal high-tech zone. Ogen will add ten floors to the seven-floor Building C at an investment of NIS 70 million. Construction has already begun and is scheduled to be completed by December 2011.

Ogen has begun marketing space in the building. Sources believe that rent will average NIS 60 per square meter for space in shell condition. Tenants in the completed parts of the complex include BMC Software Israel Ltd., IBM Israel Ltd., Dell Israel Ltd., Comverse Technology Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMVT), Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq:MLNX; TASE:MLNX), and Kenshoo Ltd.

Shaul Eisenberg controls Ogen through Isralom Ltd. subsidiary Ocif Investments and Development Ltd. (TASE: OCIF).
