The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) rose today. The Tel Aviv 25 Index rose 0.5% to 1,314.73 points, the Tel Aviv 100 Index rose 0.6% to 1,215.26 points, and the Tel-Tech Index rose 0.8% to 247.84 points. Turnover was NIS 1.9 billion.
The Tel Aviv 25 Index broke its all-time record high, which was set only yesterday.
Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) continued to lead market gains, rising 4.2%, after reporting plans yesterday to issue a large NIS 3 billion dividend.
Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE: PTNR) fell 1.9%, and Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE:CEL; TASE:CEL) fell 1.6%.
Delek Drilling LP (TASE: DEDR.L) added 2.1%, and Avner Oil and Gas LP (TASE: AVNR.L) rose 2.4%, apparently ahead of the issuing of Leviathan's results at the end of this week.
Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT; TASE: ESLT) rose 1%, after reporting a $16 million deal.
Koor Industries Ltd. (TASE:KOR) rose 0.4% while its parent Discount Investment Corporation (TASE: DISI) fell 0.3%. Koor said today that it extended a bank loan which it had been given to buy shares in Credit Suisse.
Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL; Pink Sheets:AFIVY) fell 1.4%. Yesterday, its CFO said he will be resigning.
In the bond market, long-term Shahar shekel bonds ranged between gains of 0.1% and losses of 0.1%, and long-term Galil CPI-linked bonds ranged from slight losses to gains of up to 0.2%. The corporate bond benchmark Tel-Bond 60 Index fell slightly.
