Hod Hasharon:A 117-sq.m. four-room apartment on Aviv Bemagdiel St. was sold for NIS 1.56 million, down from the asking price of NIS 1.61 million (Re/MAX).

Hadera: A 176-sq.m. six-room apartment on Yitzhak Rabin St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 135-sq.m. four-room apartment on Nachshonim St. was sold for NIS 900,000 (Re/MAX).

Kfar Vitkin: An old 160-sq.m. five-room house with a sea view on an 800-sq.m. lot was sold for NIS 3.5 million (Re/MAX).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 50-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room apartment in need of renovation on Guatemala St., Kiryat Hayovel, was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A 117-sq.m. four-room apartment in need of renovation on Tchernichovski St., Rassco, was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 164-sq.m. six-room penthouse on Shai Agnon St., Givat Oranim, was sold for NIS 4.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 113-sq.m. five-room garden apartment on Doron Maiblum St. was sold for NIS 2.45 million. An 80-sq.m. four-room apartment in need of renovation on Hannah Szenes St., Upper Hadar, was sold for NIS 620,000. A renovated 100-sq.m. three-room apartment on Shoshanat Hacarmel St., Western Carmel, was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A renovated 75-sq.m. three-room apartment on Emile Zola St., French Carmel, was sold for NIS 720,000. A 60-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room apartment on Moshe Montefiore St., Upper Hadar, was sold for NIS 558,000 (Anglo-Saxon). A 60-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room apartment on Herzl St., Hadar, was sold for NIS 335,0000. A 75-sq.m. three-room apartment on Radek St. was sold for NIS 440,000 (Bank of Jerusalem).

Zichron Yaakov: A 160-sq.m. seven room duplex on Ha'urbani St. was sold for NIS 1.85 million (Barel Properties).

Acre: A 100-sq.m. five-room apartment on Avraham Danino St. was sold for NIS 955,000. A 107-sq.m. four-room apartment on Ha'atzma'ut St. was sold for NIS 565,000 (Bank of Jerusalem).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Netanya: A three-room furnished apartment with a sea view on Nitza Blvd. was leased for NIS 6,800 a month (Re/MAX).
