Famous US fast food company Nathan’s Famous is coming to Israel. Nathan’s Famous operates and licenses fast food restaurants which sell the famous all-beef hot-dogs, french fries and other food items.

Nathan’s Famous has already contracted with Israeli Area Development Corporation, headed by Danny Goshen, to set up an Israeli chain. Goshen’s contract grants him the right to license Nathan’s Famous restaurants.

In the US, Nathan’s Famous branches are located primarily at airports, sports arenas, military bases and schools. Recently, the company licensed a US manufacturer to market the hot-dogs in retail chains. Nathan’s Famous is traded over the counter in New York. It employs 623 persons. Howard M. Lorber is chairman and CEO. Wayne Norbitz is president of the company. Annual revenues amount to $27 million.
